afterall, they say man evolved from apes,
so whats wrong with a man having sex with a monkey or an ape?

If man has rapes any animals, be it monkey or any other animals, it is called Beastility. It is a sexually deviant act.
On the other had, you come across as someone trying to bash evolution. If so, your question shows that your do not understand what evolution is.
Man DO NOT evolve from monkeys. Rather, monkeys and man evolved from a common ancestor. While this common ancestor orgin can mate with one another, all branches of decendent do not (wilfully) mate with one another.
To put it simlpy, it's like the common housefly do not mate with fruit flies.
However, there are some similar species that do cross-breed, and produce hybrids like mule, tigons and ligers. Note that these hybrids cannot produce another generation of hybrids as hybrid chromosones meant that they will be sterile.
I have never come across a case where a man cross breed with a monkey. You may be the first to try that though.

Welcome to the world of HIV/Aids. In the Fifties, yes, the fifties, a soldier in south africa had sex with a monkey carrying the HIV virus, how it got there, im not sure. From there (and this is why it was ONCE predominate among homosexuals) he went back to his lover and the HIV virus spread. That's what happens when you screw a monkey, you get semi communicable diseases that morph into deadly viruses for the human body. 0 points for beastiality.

Closely related species have evolved barriers against successfully mating with each other. Consider the mule.

So far as we know, humans and other species of ape cannot mate and produce viable offspring. That's why we're defined as different species.
