Well I just wanted to ask why I have weird problems that are very bad. Like I don't really have trouble with cramps, but I do have a weird problem where I get dizzy, faint and shaky. Sometimes I literally have to be in bed till I fall asleep cuz I just can't do anything. I sweat like a pig, my face goes pale, and sometimes I have diarrehea kind of. What's wrong with me? It's not normal like bloating or cramps... It happens usually the first couple of days.

I have never heard of this, if I were you I would go to your doctor and find out. You could become anemic during your period.

It's actually pretty normal or else its just my family and friends that this happens to

I have the same symptoms and I went to my doc about it and she said to take an iron pill once a day two weeks before your expected period date that takes care of the dizzyness and faint (enimea)

As for the diarrehea just take an imodium or something. As for sweating and pale face....I always am but during your period its quite normal to be doing so. So dont fret you are not the only one.

I always experience a slight case of dizziness with feeling a little bit shakey and overly tired when my period starts, right on the first day, and then it is over. Also, especially when I was a teenager, always would get diarrhea on my first day too. I've discovered that not using tampons have helped, drinking more water, taking a brisk walk, but getting extra rest too have helped. Also, increasing your iron, folic acid, and calcium can also help your symptoms. But of course, because everyone's body is different, it is best to check it out with your doctor.

Do you use tampons? If so, stop them immediately and see a doctor. That could be toxic shock syndrome. If not, it would be worthwhile seeing your doctor to find out what exactly is causing this; I know I get a little like that but not debilitating, you may need some extra vitamins or something.

You could be having a spell of anemia with your cylce. Go to your Doctor. It is normal to have some fatigue, but to not be able to function in your required daily activities is pushing it.

pretty much the same thing happens to me. i just drink a lot of water and take multivitamins and ibuprofin. but i usually don't have to stay in bed all day... you might want to talk to your doctor about it.
