the ipod is awesome to some people so y bag it out jus coz others are a bit better dosnt mean u say its the worst and it could be the best people can afford.

My concerns about the ipod video are 1) longevity and 2) supported formats.
I just got a creative zen vision m and love it. Before that, I had a ipod nano that died. A few of my friends have the ipod video and it seems to work for them just fine. If you want more features (supporting of more video formats, fm radio, voice recording, customizable backgrounds/screen savers, etc.), you might want to consider another brand. For the very basics, and ipod video might suit you. It's style over function for the ipod video.

black. watching movies on it is better. 30GB dosent ave enough room. wait for tomorrow to do anything apple related. big show in San Fransisco

ipods are a ripoff. for one they only have 62k color screen makion gpics lok washe dout and faded. it opnly supports to measly video formats. and it also has ok sound quality. creative zen viison m soooo much better better everything. just its thick but fits perfectly in ur hand
