The same thing happened to me. It is an honest mistake. Your acquaintance was referring to the Guatemalan herbal remedy called Mayonne Fisi's, named after the famous actress from Antigua.
As a remedy, you must whack yourself many times in the head with a ball-pean hammer, and you will soon be totally unaware of the rash.
