You are allowed to position your motor vehicklel anywhere you want. as long as it is in a legal parking spot, and you can change (reposition) it whenever you wish!

I would really like to know what a motor vehicklel is, because I have never heard of such a thing!

If you are asking about repossession on a motor vehicle, which I think you may be doing, the dealer has several years from the date of last activity on the account to file suit against you for any deficiency balance. If they have a court judgment against you, they can continue collection efforts until you pay or die, and if you die they can put a claim in against your estate.

Pay the money you owe!!

It is 7 years, however they will sell your debt right before the seven years is up. As soon as they sell your account to another company it is a new loan still drawing interest and it gets a new 7 years to drag on. The original company will buy it back when these 7 years are up. They will milk the interest, take you to court and get a ")(*&^&%&^" against you and garnish your wages. Expect the interest will be 4 to 5 times what you owed to begin with.

There is no time line that I know of. They may wait a few years and then starting calling and telling you they are going to take your wages. I had that happen, and had to set up a payment plan with the company in order to pay off the debt. Maybe someone else has had better luck. Good luck to you.
