i went to the bathroom because i felt wet below and my underwear was wet through my pants i dont think its urine. i passed tissue without blood but i was having bad cramps and lower back pain. i thought i was pregnant a few weeks ago and now i dont now what to do. i'm not bleeding and i didnt get this months period

You need to go to the ER and get checked out. If you had a miscarriage you may need to have a D&C. If possible take the tissue that you passed with you.

(((Big Hugs))). Most women having miscarriages often do not even know it. They simply think it is a late period. If you are pregnant you may be miscarrying. I would take a pregnancy test. Your hormone levels are usually still high enough even a day or two into a miscarriage to show if you were in fact pregnant.
You may not be miscarrying and this will resolve itself.
Our bodies are amazing and know when we should or should not sustain a pregnancy. If the test comes up positive, please see a doctor or midwife. Most likely they will tell you to just let nature take its course, but it may give you some peace.

Were you pregnant, or could you have been pregnant? It sounds like you may have had a miscarriage. You should go to an emergency room and have them check you out. Hemorhage is a complication in a situation such as you describe. Do you have any sisters that you could talk to before you go to a hospital. If you have no sisters, talk to your best friend. This is a serious complication! How many weeks could you have been pregnant?

It's possible to miscarry with out blood. However it could just be a clot of either discharge of tissue. I would see a doctor tomorrow if possible. You need to find out if you are pregnant for sure.

when you have a miscarage you will bleed... maybe you had discharge... but sounds wierd to be tissues.. you should see a doctor.
