the tires are fine & the brakes are new on the car however, once u reach 35 mph the steering wheel rattles/jerks and the front end thumps.

It Could Be A borken belt in one of the front wheels(Check for a ripple in the side of the tire, do check the back of tire as well). Or A loose tie rod (Funny bar with a twist adjuster in the middle of the bar). would be located directly behind fornt wheel under the car. grab and wiggle if alot of movement replace.

Depending on what make and model this vehicle is, it could be a bad idler arm. This is parts of the steering components on the opposite side of the steering box. I this vehicle has rack and pinion steering it could be worn out, or loose tie rod ends.

Either the inside of the wheels are caked with mud or it's time for some front end work.

it could be alot of things from a bad tire lose lug nuts bad wheel bearing ball joint tie rod and so on

Your Front-end needs aligned. Or maybe just buy a whole new kit. Then have someone install the new suspension in it.

bad tire .bent rim - bad tie rod end. brakes hanging up.
