Why would she lol on such an important question as this one?
No, green tea is NOT a blood thinner, However, it can mess up
the levels, known as INR of the thinning of the blood due to the
properties in the tea.

I know - I have been on Coumadin for years. And this is NO
laughing matter.

Green Tea is not a 'blood thinner' in an of itself, but it does tend to make platelets less likely to stick together and form blood clots. It also has a lot of vitamin K which may make it a problem for people who are taking coumadin anticoagulants.

The answer is YES but there are pro and cons if you are on a blood thinner then no you shouldn't drink green tea. If you are at risk and not on a thinner green tea has many benefits.
