are you just asking in general, or do you want one? if your asking in general, i think that they are cool and look good on SOME ppl, i think it depends on your face shape too!!! if you want one, a good way to know if you'll look good with one is if you get the ring/bar/whatever to somehow stay up by your eyebrow(by using a small piece of tape to hold it up there>>?) and ask aroudn if ppl think it looks good on you(if your hand is there , it will look really different). as for hurting, it all depends on your ability to withstand pain, i dotn have one so i couldnt tell yah, sorry, just go up to someone who has one and ask, i do it all the time for tattoos, and ppl arnt bothered. if you really desperatly want one, then you'll have to withstand the pain, remember, it only hurts for a little while then its gone!!:D good luck!

I don't think any body piercings are cute. I'll bet they all hurt to some degree. My wife told me the piercing near her belly button hurt like mad. However my parents didn't understand my need to grow my hair long in the late sixties or later get my ear pierced so I could wear a single stud ear ring (I am a male). So I don't expect to understand the need for body piercings. I am sure it's a generation gap type of thing. Don't worry about what other people think. Express yourself!

eyebrow piercings are great
but
there is a catch they are a surface piercing they can grow out
it didnt hurt me but they do bleed a bit
i have had both eyebrows pierced and both have grown out
your body piercer will advise u of this if they are good at their job

On guys, they're hot.
On girls, I think they only look right if you have a lip piercing also. Not just an eyebrow piercing BOOM on your face.

I think ALL facial piercings look totally stupid. Cute??? YUK. it's like an infection waiting to happen. YUK.

I think they are cute when they are 16 gauge.
I don't think it hurt that badly.

I DO NOT think they are cute. My BFF got one recently and i was dissapointed to be the only one of our friends who dissaproved. She said it hurt for a while.
