It sounds pretty normal, but see a doctor if you have concerns.

no it isnt a sign of impotency. It is prejaculatory fluid being emitted by the penis to 1. neutralize the sperm destroying urea and acids in the shaft of the penis and 2. to help lubricate during intercourse. If the fluid is opaque or any color that isnt clear, then definately go see a doctor.

umm does it burn when you urinate. there should be no discharge from the penis after a defecation. i think it can be two things
1 its pre-c um and is normal if you have an erection. there is supposed to be a little bit but only if you are sexually excited
or 2 you have an STD or a sexually transmitted disease. hopefully its not a real bad one and a little antibiotic shot will cure it but i would go see a doctor to make sure it is nothing serious

It sounds like you need to see a doctor. Perhaps you have an infection. Don't waste time trying to figure out which answer here might be correct - go get some real medical advice.

It doesn't sound like a sign of impotency, but if it is bothering you then you should see your doctor and talk to him/her about it. Don't be embarrassed about it either! Getting information to your doctor about things you notice with your body can save your life.

Best of luck!

No, the prostate sends fluid down the urethra for the semen to easily pass through.

No, it is not... it might be only fluid where semen lives... check with your doctor anyways if it bothers you.
