How can I find where Konjuschki Russia is now?

I know it was 40 kilometers north of Newel Russia where ever that was.

The only Konjuschki I know of is not in Russia, but in Albania, and is spelled Konjushe, with an umlaut over the e - I don't know how to do that in this text. I think it's the site of a prison.
