Push ups. Or the wonder bra. You can decide.

You can't. But there are ways to minimize the appearance.

Develop muscular shoulders, firm pecs, good biceps, and a broad upper back. Do lats, military press, chest press, curls, dumb rows.

If you have solid muscle underneath, the 'mansies' will take on the appearance of 'padding.'

It depends on your body type. If you tend to be this way around the waist, or all over, also watch your fat intake, and do lots of cardio.

Cosemtic surgery is costly, may/or not leave scars, depending on the method used, and you risk losing sensitivity to the araeola (nipple area) from the cutting.

The results of the surgery can vary in their degree of success, and this depends on the type of breast tissue, your age, and the elasticity of your skin.

It is your decision how to proceed. My recommendation is to strengthen your muscles, and reflect on your attitude toward your appearance.

Sadly, men with gynecomastia are often the target of cruel jokes which can eat away at self esteem. The 'ideal' manly chest, i.e. muscular, hairless, sculpted, is constantly thrust at us in all the media.

I mean, just take a stroll along the beach, and take a look. What is reality here?

Good luck!

Man breasts are usually a result of excess fat in the pectoral region. The number one way to get rid of the fat of course is aerobic exercise, but then after the weight loss, the skin might still be a little baggy. Flys and Benching weights are the best way to tone perctoral muscle. Best of luck!

Well, not to be ugly, but are you an overweight person? If you are overweight, that may be why you have them, but if you are underweight and have them, I think surgery is the only option.

But yeah, if you're overweight, try losing weight. I've found mine shrink when I lose weight (afterall, they're mostly fat). :P

I think that if you lose weight, they will go down. If you don't need to lose weight then I would try working out those muscles and if all else fails, LIPO!
