pamper yourself....whatever you like to do that you know makes you feel good, then do it. if you love ice cream, then eat a lot of it! if you need to be lazy and watch tv all day, then do it! after class and work, of course. basically just treat yourself...it'll definitely cheer you up :)

Advil, Midol, Tylenol are all good choices, there is also Naproxen all are OTC be sure to follow directions on bottle and check with doctor. I used a heating pad for stomach and back pain. Also this will sound weird but mild stretching of pelvic and back muscles does help. If all else fails try some chocolate it might not help but it sure tastes good ...lol.. just don't overdo or you'll feel worse.

Take the day off work or school, pull out the couch(into the bed part) and lay down, watching movies. Comfort food!! (mac and cheese for me!)

I turn on a sad movie (chick flick)and cry. It's like a stress release and it helps me feel better.

Vitamin B6 100 mg tablet 2X/day- and DARK chocolate. (Dove is my favorite.)

Also wear something cute...it makes you feel better about yourself.

um i'm 11 but when i'm stressed, i usually stab things. not live things lol like cardboard or rip paper. i just think being destructive it relaxing XD

actaully- having an orgasm helps the uterus shed its lining and lessens cramps, lessens the length of period, and helps regulate the flow.
