I guess Reagan can considered a liberal by those on the radical Right........but wow, what a radical Right! But yes, he cut and ran after the Marine Barracks was bombed in 1982.

It was Reagan but I don't really think he was a liberal by any means. He gave in to a push by the good old UN.
