've been w/ my boyfriend, 'bob' for a while now. he's truly the perfect boyfriend. he's always there for me, but sometimes i think that he's just there physicaly, but not mentaly. he really cares about me. he tries to make me happy, but i really need my space. he's there all the time. even though we have our moments, most of the time i'm not happy. i don't feel it. exept for the feeling of suffication.
i met this other guy,'tim' a few days ago. we have a lot in common, and i feel so comfortable around him. he makes me laugh, and just feel better. he's there for me, but gives me my space. he knows about Bob and wants me to dump bob for him. i of course refuse. Tim is getting impatient of me rejecting him, and Bob knows there's something going on with me.
when i'm with Tim, i can't help but feel that i'm somehow betraying Bob. and the other day, i was with Bob, and i saw Tim's face instead.(awkward) it totally killed it. that's not right.

I can’t leave one for the other! can i? but it’s just not me. Tim is everything i look for in a guy, and Bob makes me feel really......... i don’t know. i don’t wanna leave Bob, but Tim.......

Definitely listen to mizzzzthang! She's right. You've only known this "tim" for a few days and he's already telling you to kick your boyfriend to the curb for him??!! Little cocky isn't he? The greener pasture will ALWAYS look better, but that's just it....look better....doesn't mean it IS better. Left my husband for another guy. Now sometimes I think maybe I shouldn't have....he never cheated on me, I could trust him completely, he never lied to me, he is a really great guy. I married the other guy. He's cheated on me, lied to me about it or rather just not telling me until the person he cheated on me with told me & that happened to be my (x) best friend of 33 yrs.!! So who do you think was there for me and my kids when all of this happened? Yep, my x-husband! He helped pack my things, and his back went out 2 days before this, he let me move back in with him - no messing around - he helped take care of my kids (we do have a daughter together and I have two from a previous marriage), and was so totally there for me. Then what did I do? I went back to the other guy, moved with him, and then I married him. We weren't married when all that happened. So....how green is that pasture now with Tim?

First of all, make sure you really don't want to be with Bob. I made the mistake of leaving my boyfriend for another guy, and ended up regretting it. Think of how you would feel if you and Bob broke up, and if Tim would really be there for you.

If you have only known Tim for a few days, you should take your time in deciding to leave Bob......Do you really know that much about Tim???? I would give it time and see what happens.....Sounds to me as if Tim can be a bit controlling if he is already getting impatient about you leaving your boyfriend.....Just something to think about dear........Take care.......

It sounds to me like you would be happier with Tim. If you are not happy with Bob, it's time to move on.
