Do you really believe that anyone here at Yahoo! Answers would know whether or not the U.S. government was somehow involved in the 9/11 attacks? If it was, it would be a very well-kept secret known by only a few hundred people, at most. If there was a grand conspiracy surrounding the events of 9/11, we would almost certainly never find out the truth. Whether you believe the official version of the events of 9/11 or have doubts about what really happened, you can never know the truth of it with 100% certainty (and, if you believe that you can, you are deluding yourself).

I really don't think so, but I do wonder if they didn't sort of look the other way for something slip by, not knowing the attacks would be so bad. An awful lot of power came to people in charge as a result of 9-11, and nothing including money corrupts like power.

Yes by not attacking the terrorist sooner. We allowed them to beleive we were weak.
If you want to go way back, we used some bad people to get rid of Russia in Iraq, and they turned against us. So that was a mistake that helped give the terrorist training camps.
We did not start and still have not started high levels of security in flying or on trains. And we still have almost no laws stoping the planning of the acts, so we stll have to wait till they do something to really convict them.
so our government not getting tough is to blame by being weak enought to allow these things.
But did we blow up buildings, not the main towers, that was terrorist

Are you kidding me! What kind of person are you? Do you feel sorry for the terrorist that hate us and want to kill everyone of us including me and you? No they were not involved, but they sure as hell are trying hard to keep us safe so you can get on this site and talk the way you do. I can't believe you even asked such a dumbass question!

Not involved, just negligent. We were all too busy watching Bill wiggle during his impeachment to take care of terrorist towelheads.
