I want to use my web cam for still pictures is there a way to do this? I have a GE brand something, not anything real pricy, no buttons and well I lost the instruction book.

do 1 thing, u no da company that manufactured the cam u r using....?. search for that company website, then search for the camera products in that site, search untill u find a webcam simillar to that of urs. then look there for any software for that cam.
download and install that software ....
guess what....?
