Very much so-I am a history channel buff. Nice to know where we originated, to see how human kind evolved, to learn from the mistakes we made and how not to let the attrocities of history repeat themselves. What happened in the past could be an insight to tomorrow because unfortunately in some instances history does repeat itself.

I try to learn from the mistakes of history to see where we as a society have gone wrong. In my own experience, when I have made a mistake, I tried to learn from the error, and saw the flaw in my thinking.
