It's a great strategy, actually. If you're a lib you have a bazillion media platforms from which to speak, and the average American citizen doesn't do research to find the truth...
It's like if someone accuses you (falsely 100%) of sexual harassment, even if it's found to be false later the accusation is out there so you're 'tainted'.
