You can, but I suggest resting because you may put too much strain on your body, especially when you're not feeling 100%.

no, any form of exercise when u are down with a flu can be dangerous. It will put a strain in your heart with your already weaken body. There are often cases of people who ignored thinking that flu is a minor thing and died of illness like cardiac arrest after they exercise.

yes it can go both ways though although you can put more strain on your body it can also help you by opening up your air way so you choose what you want to do!
