Of course! Both bodily and mental clarity are great for getting yourself better! Plus, getting up and actually doing it will not only feel great, but help get you motivated to do more! Go do some yoga, girl! :P

It depends on how you feel. If you think you are up to it, go ahead. If you try and start to feel nautious, shaky or get a headache, you should rest longer.
