Try an address book.

MS Publisher prints in booklet format.

It's been a while since I've done it, but I think you have to open a data file with Publisher.

Publisher will then print the data in booklet style.

You can use Word and tables and set it to "landscape"...then you can print one side and the other side and back and front and make it like a book.

like:
Names............................................... Names
your name address her name address
