Are you using the stock Banshee hubs? If so, then you can purchase stock bolts here:

Select the correct year Banshee, then find the hub bolts listed under Front Wheel and Rear Wheel.
You can order from Yamaha of Troy, or your local Yamaha dealer.

If you've got aftermarket hubs, you'll need to purchase bolts from the manufacturer - usually they don't interchange with other mfr's designs.

If you're looking for complete hub kits - check out Lonestar:

A banshee is a spirit that warns of drawing close loss of existence, has been heard in my kin heritage, on my moms area. this is meant to stick to certian Irish clans of which her area of the kin are one. some years in the past while i replaced into purely a youthful guy I seen and heard one, and it scared me shitless, that night my aunt Nora died. I have not any desire to be certain yet another one, and optimistically in no way will. It only gave the impression of a ghost you need to be certain by way of it, no soaring in the sky, only sitting outdoors the door. humorous sufficient on my fathers area, we get a knock on our door and after we open it there is not any one there. by way of the way that's an interior door, no longer the front or lower back door. And as continuously somebody has died. now and lower back a photograph only falls off the wall , the nail nonetheless in the wall and the photograph twine nonetheless intact. and somebody has died in the time of the night or day. my own own theory is that those issues are despatched to seek for prayer for the shortcoming of existence soul and do no quite injury to the living.
