if u n her r friends than it's easy
just ask her to dinner ... then tell her something sweet...
remember not to let her know u love her...
give her a letter saying how deep is u're love & let her know if she dont accept u then both of u still be friends. ask her to message u online or call u saying ''i do''

if you have been friends for a long time then you should just tell her that you really like her and want her to go out with you. Just be honest, sincere, and respectful, and you should get a positive response. girls will like that. Also if you have a dance or something at school coming up you may want to ask her if she will go with you.

Be yourself. Ask her if she'd like to go grab a hamburger and a movie sometime. Relax and enjoy the process.
