The only things I can think of is to make all the other blogs PRIVATE (for your viewing only) and then only ONE blog will show but then no one will be able to ever see the others.

If you are just talking about posting or sending a URL to people for just that blog...look at the bottom of the blog entry for PERMANENT LINK. This link leads to just that blog display.
