Anybody know of scratch-n-dent or Amish grocery stores on the east coast?

I'm interested in saving money on groceries. I'd heard that there was a scratch and dent store somewhere in Maryland but haven't been able to locate it. Does anyone know of any along I-95 or I-295 from Richmond north to mid-New Jersey (within 30 mins of the interstate)? I'd also be interested in finding Amish or Mennonite grocery store along the same route.

We shop at Aldi, best savings I have ever seen.
