I would still find another job, especially if it were for my dream job. There can be some complications working with family and if you are successful in the company and move up, you could wonder if it was because you were good at your job or if it was because you are family.

It would depend on what kind of family business it is. Is there a future for you later on there as possible co-owner or owner when your parents retire, or are you treated like an employee? Does the family get along well working together?
Sometimes working for family can be a great way to get many great experiences that will be useful years down the road, especially in knowing how to run a business or knowing the particulars of your kind of industry. This experience could be invaluable even if you later decide to get a job doing something else.
Tell your family how you feel. Is there some way you can balance the two until you can decide what is the right choice for you?

If your family depends on you working in the family business, and if you have even a mediocre sense of obligation to your family, you make the sacrifice and stay. Perhaps you can figure out a way to make the business not be dependent on you.
If they simply want you to join the business because it's what's expected... I say follow your dreams! They'll get over it.

In fantasy world I would go after my dream job,
but in reality I would go with the family buisness.

I'd stay and help the family, after all they helped you all the time you were growing up. there is always time to change careers later on
