Um, ok here is one i did and im not sure if it's right

-5b - 6 = -11
for the answer i got 17 wouldn't it be a nagative 17?

and i need help with this one

i got 2.7 but my teacher said it was wrong
and im not so good at math so i really need help
and no im not trying to get answers i just dont know what im doing wrong PLEASE HELP!

2. second question (you want to isolate the "t" number)

3.4t + 19.36 = -10.22
3.4t = -10.22 - 19.36 (subtract 19.36 from both sides to isolate "3.4t")
3.4t = -29.58 (add like numbers - i.e.in this case negatives)

t = -29.58 / 3.4 (divide both sides by 3.4 to get "t"))
