I'm doing it... I'm running a succesful real estate company and franchise company.. It's my dream job because it doesn't feel like a job. I enjoy the real estate industry and helping people buy and sell real estate.
I would encourage you to find something you like to do and figure out how to earn a living doing it. Life is much better that way...
