That is not a ford so no inertia switch. Please describe problem and I will tell you the computer under the hood has connection problems and is out there in the heat. Take the computer to auto supply and have it tested or just buy one or find one from a running van plug it in. Remember 17 year old van worth a new computer?

its in the back trunk area,,on the drivers side,,there is a panel you lift up,,or remove,,and you,ll see it back there,,on it there is a button,,mash down on it to re set it,,if it keeps tripping it may have a fuel pump going bad on it,,id take it and have it checked if it does it again,,i own a repair shop,,and have seen a lot of them go bad,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

It doubles as the light switch. You PULL it for lights, and you PUSH it for inertia.
