I don't beleive life is a test. I beleive it's a path, a road.
I' ve lived a life full of passion, gained goals, long trips and mistakes.
I'm not so old to deside about a score. But if today I 'm getting deggres, these will be: an A for my efforts and offers, B for my social life, C for my carrier, D for my political life, F for my personal life...

I do think we are expected to score above a certain percentile in this life in order to avoid a really bad assignment in the next. I believe we have lived prior lives and as to "how do you think you're doing" we may be doing as well as we can given what we did in a prior life that resulted in our present assignment. I don't want to think that because it would give credence to concepts such as underclass, peasantry and homelessness. Better, I believe that when we fail, hit bottom, experience pain and suffering, etc., that the test is to see if we will use our brains and talents to pull ourselves up and hopefully take a few others with us. Afterall, if there is not a challenge, a reason to get up in the morning to give it all another try, then there isn't really any point in living. Human monsters who believe that all other people are put on earth to serve her or him are pathetic wretches, put in place so that the masses can produce leaders who will launch a revolution to depose the monsters. In a way I believe that we are each challenged by a "monster" unique to ourselves - can be a combination (booze, drugs, sex gone wrong, bosses, landlords, elected officials, etc., etc, etc.,) - that must be "conquered." So, yes, I see life as one big test with perhaps no ultimate payoff other than being able to live a happy, eventfull and achieving life.
I cannot complain. I've lived a charmed life, despite the best efforts of other pathetic human beings to ruin me. Every day is a joy. Who can ask for anything more.

Two thirds of my life has passed, and I think that I am probably getting a B in the school of life. I have made some mistakes, but they have been minor and not destructive. I have not embarrased anyone or brought shame to my family. I have never struck my wife. I have never killed anyone. I substitute patience for anger.
