You can erase cookies (IE 6 browser) in the following manner:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
Click on the "Delete Cookies" button. This will delete the cookies under your user's account on the computer.
Another good thing to do on a periodic basis is clear your browser's cache... Click on the "Delete Files" button to the right of the "Delete Cookies" button. This will clear your browser cache menory.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options, and then click on Delete Cookies.

Hmmm. so easy! Where have you been? (NOT TO OFFEND YOU, IT'S A JOKE!)
Well, in firefox, you go:
Tools > Options > "cookies" tab > "Clear Cookies Now" then you are Set to go!
In IE:
Tools > Internet Options > "Delete Cookies" for other browsers, I don't know!

you configure ,the zone alarm ,or firewall,to do it or the antivirus
or get a clean up program like registry first aid which is very good and cleans all unwanted files .
Failing that
,open my PC,disc C, documents and settings and then in the individual accounts clean the cookies by deleting them and also go into Temp and Temporary internet files and delete these.

go to tools then go to internet options then you should see the a bar that says delete cookies then all your cookies are gone

Go to the top of the screen to tools, go to internet options, and you will see a place to delete cookies, files (it will ask if you want to delete temporary files.) And it will clear your history. Turn your history setting to zero.

If the cookies are malicious only an anti-spyware program will remove them properly, in addition to the numerous identical suggestions above :)

Right click on your internet explorer goto the bottom option (properties) then click delete cookies :)
