no its the same only thing is that its a U2 special edition and the band has singed it on the back whit the laser imprint and the color way is only for that i pod and it was The first on to have 60 g. other than that its the same but the new black ones have video and color display that's about all i hope that helps you a bit if not go to the apple site

i don't think so, U2 isn't a good band anyway, i hate their music soo much

not really, just fiff color scroll wheel, and some lame ingraded autograpjs on the back. Nothing special id think....

it looks great.. if you get one... keep it for the grandkids etc, as it will be worth a fortune in the future.. (keep the box etc too)
