I am a plus size woman, and also fifteen weeks pg. I am 5'10", and I am starting to show big time. Just give it a couple more months, and you'll be surprised at how much you actually do show. I have noticed that my belly is growing out on the lower part, so I'm having more trouble buttoning my jeans up, so don't get discouraged, just wait, and see what happens! Good Luck on your pregnancy!

You probably won't show right away. You might find maternity clothes more comfortable sooner than a smaller woman, but it might not be obvious that you're pregnant. Depending on what size you are, you might look pregnant by the last couple of months but it's a possibility you won't. I was a 16 when I got pregnant and I didn't really start to show until I was 5 to 6 months along. It also depends on how you carry the baby. You might find carrying up high and in front shows more than a baby carried low.
One bonus you might be able to look forward to is that you might not need to gain much weight. If you gain what your doctor recommends you might leave the hospital at close to where you started. I gained 20 with my first baby and lost 15 of it in the hospital.

I am plus size as well, and I had my first child 4 months ago. At about 4 months people that knew me could start to tell. Others could tell about 5-51/2 months. My son was only 6.10, and I only gained 8 pounds. But I look like I was having a litter.

im a size 12-14 and i started showing when i was 5-6 months pregnant. but by the time i was 8-9 months i really began to show, i was so big that everybody thought i was having twins. i guess it all depends on every persons body, i know a family friend who is a plus plus and she shows now and shes only 4 months.
as long as your happy with your body it doesn't really matter when you show. just think positive and pray that your unborn comes out healthy and strong.

That is not true. I weighed 152 when I got pregnant and I am Five foot two. I was starting to show in my forth month. I also gained forty pounds with my first and twenty with my second. It is better if you gain less, I felt better the second time. My daughter also weighed more than my son. So less weight won't affect the baby, just you. I am not saying that you should diet either, I just ate healthier the second time. Good luck and don't be hard on yourself.

Well Im 5"9' and 130lbs before pregnancy.... but I just now started to REALLY show like you can tell Im pregnant in tight clothes and Im 7 months. I guess it really depends. Just dont "eat for two"..eat when your hungry and eat untill you are full. Dont cave into all your cravings or your blow up like a balloon!

Depends on a lot of factors, starting weight, genetics, body type, size of baby, amount of fluid you are carrying, and many many other factors. Generally, in my experience anyway, about 4-5 months is a good guesstimate. I think with my first it was about 5 months.

properly i imagine it relies upon on convinced your weight yet as well what percentage being pregnant's you had previous to this one. even as i replaced into prego with my son, i replaced into about 125lb to initiate. i did not initiate exhibiting till i replaced into 4 a million/2 months alongside, after I had him i replaced into 162lb. He replaced into 7lb 11.1oz. yet once you've had one or more desirable little ones before this being pregnant then convinced you'll initiate exhibiting plenty quicker then you definately did with your first youngster. And the surely reason you cant tell if a higher female is prego is because theres too a lot chew to inform.
