I know of no country that speaks English well. The inhabitants might speak English, but not the country.

There are more English speaking people in China than England and America combined.

this is my opinion so u don't have to fallow it

what i think is either japan or china
japan because of so many American tourists and also because if u watch Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift also of the people speak English well

China because of it being so big lol !_!
