I have had my eyebrow peirced twice and no it doesnt hurt. I have also had my tongue, nose bottom lip and top and none of them hurt besides my nose. That brought me to tears... You can also get it numbed if you want. Most places do that

i think its a matter of your pain tolerance..my 18 yr old niece has her eyebrow twice & the bottom of her lower lip & her nose... i think she calls it punk goth..lol

my 2 sister's and cousin had it done years ago.... one got a hideous staff infection... one had her body reject it and it fell out eventually and one had to take it out cuz her husband hated it... i hate the look and think it looks trashy too. Don't do it.
