I need this for my government homework. I'm supposed to define "limited government" and give examples. A president is also limited government, right?

Prime minister is a position whose powers is clipped by the party mates since his actions must be approved by the ministers and legislators that are members of his party. The President is also a limited position because his acts are regulated by the Congress and Judiciary acting as separate entities of the government.
