in the last 2 weeks i have tried dsl and cable connections and both have been trouble. is there new viruses or somthing else going on?

Just an idea? Do any of the services you are having problems with belong to Adelphia/Time Warner/ Comcast? The recent merger of these cable companies has caused probems for their customers even though they deny it. I was told by the cable company that my email problems were caused by a problem with my outlook express. I couldn't find out how to fix it so just waited it out. Guess what? This morning all was well at outlook express without me changing a thing. Guess whose fault the problem was?

Mine keeps disconnecting!!! It is getting on my damn nerves!!!!
