the clinique 3-step toner?
are you supposed to wash it off after you put it on or just leave it and put on the lotion right after?

The toner is used to make your skin ready for the lotion...don't wash the toner off

leave the toner on, then use the lotion right after.

Leave it on and then apply the lotion you will get a better result than washing it off

read the instructions but most toners are left on the skin then moisturiser is applied after this

don't remove the toner.
