Easy to get into isn't always the best criteria for a school.
You have to define "good" for yourself, and it may be good to pick a demonation. Each have different requirements as well as practices. If you're not Catholic, it may be hard to fit into a Catholic setting. Are you conservative? If not, being told you can't wear jeans or own hair dryers.
Your scores are pretty low, but you can always retake them. Usually there is a lowest score you can have to get into a "good" college like that.
Best advice? Go tour each college and ask the questions you are asking here. Each college is different, and you never know what will happen until you ask.
College of the Ozarks really is a great school.

You can get a college catalog and go through and find Christian ones. You also have to remember that Christian colleges tend to be private and cost a lot of money. You can find Christian groups and people at any state school.

I went to Charleston [SC] Southern University. It's small but it's good. I got in on an SAT score that's way lower than yours, but I won't embarass myself by going there. There've been massive improvements since my 1994 graduation.

Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. I've had a lot of friends go there and they loved it. They are very conservative in their belief in the Bible if you like that. If you don't it's probably not the place for you.
