If you do 200 sit ups a day and do not have a six pack by now, try to eat allot of food then you do allot of crunches and sit ups. Allot more than what you ate. That is if you do not want to change your diet, that's what you have to do.

simple sit ups, arms crossed in front of you, many reps increasing over time, and on an inclining plain so your head is lower than your feet. The fact that your sit ups aren't working depends on only two things...that you are not through puberty yet (need the natural hormones to build muscle) or you haven't been at it long enough. Takes patience and discipline.

it is easy with due predisposition.
Just combine your 200 sit ups a day with some strong aerobic training, as running, cycling, etc. strengthen your muscles with sit ups and burn fat with aerobic training.
Hobodude above is entirely right, sit ups dont burn the layer of fat. That is what you need to do , some cardiovascular training, and keep 200 sit ups a day, thet is enough

Sit ups alone won't do it. You need to really watch your diet and add some running or some other sort of cardio to get the best results. Don't give up!!

Pilate's and yoga workouts for the abs are really good they are not just sit ups. You have to do more than sit ups to get the desired effect.
