corn on cob.squash of all kind.
Beans I can go on farm still!
I grew up on a farm and ate home grown foods
straight out of the garden in IL. and
I look 10 to 15 years younger. I think it is what you
grow with the love you put into it.

Water soluble(sp?) vegetables and fruits. Such as lettuce, salad greens, peaches, plums, ect. The best thing for your face is just plain water though!
