This is a very subjective question. I would recommend Arya Vaidya Sala , Kottakal. Its a 100 year old institution that is dedicated to the research and development of Ayurveda.

Just to make it clear, I have no affiliation, monetary or otherwise to this institution, but I regularly go to its outlets for my medicinal needs.
I have had my cervical spondylosis successfully treated from medicines here.
