For arthritis pain you might want to start with an anti-inflammatory first. Ibuprofen, OTC and in prescription strength help with the joint soreness. The bad part about taking pain killers is that your body stops making it's on natural pain killers and when the meds wear off you are just going to take more pain meds and end up vegging out. But on the whole if you can't take this pain anymore go to a pain specialist. That's where you'll find help for deep pain.

The best medicine for arthritis if you havent already been to the doctor. Well assuming that all you have available is over the counter medicines, Ibuprofen 800mg, that would be 4 of the 200mg pills you can buy in any store. Take it every 8 hours, do not take anymore or take it any sooner, it can tear up your kidneys if you take more than that. If it bothers your stomach, take it with food and plenty of water or milk. It might not take away the pain completely, but it starts to work better the longer you take it usually over 2-4 days. Also you can take tylenol in between doses of the ibuprofen is the pain is severe, until you can get to see the doctor. Ben-gay cream for the arthritic area. I work in a pharmacy, so that you know. Hopefully this will help a little with the pain.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!
