From what I've heard it's a pretty good school but it has a lot of partying. Also, it's really hard to get into.

south carolina or southern cal both are great schools

They do teach alright but the partying is awfully heavy..not high on my list of colleges..but maybe it is right for you.

are you talking about UNIVERSITY OF SAN CARLOS?
or UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.....?

both are ok....actually i studied in that school(first school)...it is very famous here in Cebu, Philippines.....
