No. The planets do not influence people in that way, or any other way, for that matter.

Are you talking about planetary allignments.
This is where planets line up in their orbits.
These are rare occurances and often not very well alligned.
Some people believe that these events signify something.
I imagine that astrology has an interpretation of this.
From an astronomical point of view there is no measurable effect of other planets here on Earth.
