can someone help me with a problem im having? ok when i try to click on a link to dl a file, a small window pops up that says "The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted." this happens with all the files i try to dl (like a hack for a game) and i cant dl it. whats causing it to do this? how can i get rid of that window and dl the file? u can dl those same files from another computer, how come i cant dl them on mine? can any1 help me?

plus, use 'save to disk' instead of 'open from current location' and open the .zip file(s) manually from your hard drive.

I'm sure you've checked the obvious stuff like, firewalls, proxies, etc... so, it would be hard to be sure what the problem is.. and, of course, since you turned off your pop-up blocker for that site, or, at least, hit the ctrl key while clicking on the dl link, that shouldn't be causing it..

Don't know if this will help but try getting winrar or the newest version of winzip.
