he is usually around because he knows my husband. but he leaves me messages and always touches my arm when he talks to me when my husband isnt around

Sounds like he likes u, But maybe he's just one of those people who likes to touch and he don't really mean anything by it, but on the other hand u said he leaves u messages.
U shouldn't think too much into it until he lays a big sloppy kiss on ya =-)
