I remember years ago about some teenaged boys took a neighborhood girl (9 years old) and raped her in a park. Then they discusted how they were going to kill her...right in front of her. They ended up poking her panties down her throat with a stick. I have heard lots of horrible things but for some reason that stays in my mind no and then. The law was trying to decide whether to charge them as adults or children. I never heard the outcome.

I remember the Challenger accident. I was in 5th grade, sitting in homeroom with my classmates, waiting to hear the launch. My teacher couldn't get a tv for us, so she got a radio to listen to. I still remember suddenly hearing a panicked reporter's voice when the explosion happened.

OMG...that is horrilbe......i can see why you remember such an awful crime......we had 2 guys kidnap a local girl...(she was 9)...and took her out and raped her and they were drunk at the time and then they were deciding on what they should do with her and she could here them talking about killing her so they ended up passing out drunk and she escaped......GOOOD FOR HER!!!

I remember watching the coverage of the Jessica McClure story on TV....the girl who was stuck on the well in TX.
