Quarries are a different thing. El Capitan isn't entirely granite but most of it is and its the biggest in the world.

Bald Rock in Austrailia.

The water-streaked dome of Bald Rock is the largest granite rock in Australia. It's 750 metres long, 500 metres wide and 200 metres high.

Stone mountian in GA is also pretty damn big (and it is just one big rock!)
